Our Team

Our staff are the heroes of High Tide. They work relentlessly to create your espresso drinks, breakfasts, açaí bowls, and sandwiches to order! Many of our staff are students, living in the area, working their tails off with both school and work. They give 100% both in their studies and at High Tide. They are the smiling faces that greet you each morning and the consistent person asking you “how’s your day” during lunch! They are the soul of High Tide!

Team-Riders / Brand Ambassadors

We love connecting with our local community surrounding Morro Bay. That’s why we’ve created our Team-Rider/Brand Ambassador program. If you love High Tide, are a Central Coast local, and like to surf/skate/hike/do yoga/live an adventurous beach lifestyle, our program may be a good fit for you. In exchange for free credit at High Tide, we are looking for people who will represent us in our local community, bring in new people, and connect us to new audiences and customers on social media.

Local Artisans

We love to use local goods and carry local products as much as we can! A few of our favorites that we carry are: Kravabowl Açaí Bowls , Spearhead Coffee , Cayucos Hot Sauce , Salty Babe Jewelry , Aloha Natural Mystic , JoeRide , Tied and True Goods , Sex Wax , Cali Vibe , Ella Rose Designs , and the list goes on! Our front area has been turned into a local goods and beach/surf shop filled with cool High Tide merchandise and local artisanal goods!

Family

High Tide is a small business that supports other local small businesses. We’re directly connected to Pie in the Sky Pizza in Cayucos California, as well as Spearhead Coffee in Paso Robles California. But we also want to champion other like-minded small business in our community. Businesses like Ziggy’s, Neighborhood Açaí, Sylvester’s Burgers , Del’s Pizzeria , Cacti Coffee Roasters , Lazy Goods, SurfRat Donuts, The Cape, Brunch, Paso Pizza Kitchen, FieldDay Coffee, Divers, The Alehouse in Los Osos, etc. These businesses challenge us to be the best we can be! We hope we do the same for them!
